Test & Troubleshoot the Results

Any configuration change made in the Streamline NX will be automatically downloaded to the MFP. Streamline NX offers one CAC configuration and the same configuration will be used on all CAC/PIV enabled devices.

To confirm the installation:

1. Ask a valid CAC/PIV cardholder to authenticate at the MFP while you watch. 

2. Press CAC Scan to launch the application.

3. Try a test Scan to email.

4. Try a test Scan to folder.

5. Ask the CAC/PIV cardholder to confirm that the email arrived as expected with the scan attachment, and that the document is saved to the selected location.
